NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Rosebud County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 14, 2019, at 3:30 PM in the Commission office the Rosebud County Courthouse at 1200 Main Street in Forsyth.  The purpose of the hearing is to obtain public comments regarding a Preliminary Architectural Report, Environmental Assessment, and application for funding to the Montana Department of Commerce’s Community Development Block Grant Program to fund improvements to the Ashland Public School in Ashland, Montana. At the hearing, representatives of Stevenson Architects and Great West Engineering will explain the proposed project, including the need and purpose, activities, budget, sources of funding, any costs that may result for local citizens because of the project and the potential impact of the project on the environment. The Commissioners will give all interested persons the opportunity to ask questions and to express their opinions. Comments may be given orally at the hearing or submitted in writing by the end of the public hearing.
