Residents of Colstrip and southern Rosebud County will have access to innovative library services, delivered in an efficient and effective manner, that will:
- Give residents of all ages, backgrounds and viewpoints the opportunity to continue to learn throughout their lives (Lifelong Learning);
- Provide a friendly, inviting atmosphere where people can meet and interact with others (Commons); and
- Develop their ability to access and use information found in a variety of formats (Information Literacy).
