County Weed Control Programs
Sprayer Loan Out Program
Rosebud County Weed District has 100 & 200 gallon slide in sprayer available to the public for use. We also have 25 gallon ATV sprayers and back pack sprayers. Sprayers are rented on a 5 day use basis.
Cost Share Program
Rosebud County offers a 50% cost share on herbicide for certain approved noxious weeds. You are required to fill out a management plan, provide a map of the area, and the Weed Coordinator needs to inspect the area. Once you are approved you will need to submit your herbicide receipts and you will then be reimbursed 50% of your cost.
