NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Rosebud County Commissioners will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, December 2^nd, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. and at 6:00 PM at the Rosebud County Courthouse, Commissioner’s office, Forsyth, MT, for the purpose of obtaining public comments on a tax abatement request from NextEra on a solar and battery energy storage system project.

An additional meeting will be held on December 9th at 10 a.m. due to weather
